And it's day 2 that Mumbai has been lashed with heavy rains. The figures show around 108mm across Colaba to Santacruz on an average and the authorities are 'looking into it'.... familiar statement, where did we hear that before??? Oh yes, EVERY YEAR!!!
So here we are wading through knee deep water once again। The waves are taking revenge on the city as they do every year progressively since 26/7 some years back. Promises that this will not happen this year are being drowned along with some more citizens of the city...
